At Dickies GB, we stand by the quality of our workwear and offer a straightforward return process for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
